Casa Santa Ana sits at 168 Grant Street in Seven Lakes, putting a full-service Mexican kitchen inside walking or short-cart distance of the Lake House and the plaza. Seven Lakes Pizza Kitchen at 1070 7 Lakes Drive stays takeout-only, with Mike and his father working a hand-tossed New York style pizza, and Mamma Mia's at 4243 7 Lakes Plaza runs a full sit-down dinner service Tuesday through Saturday plus Monday evenings. Between them and Casa Santa Ana, the Friday night question inside the gates has finally moved from "where can we go" to "which of these three."
The Seven Lakes summer calendar has an unofficial opening bell, and it is not Memorial Day. It is the return of blueberry season at Eagle's Nest Berry Farm. If you have not been in a few seasons, the farm has become the kind of place residents route out-of-town grandchildren through before anyone puts a boat in the water.

Pair that with what Seven Lakes Stables is running out of 143 West Shenandoah Road. The stables, directed by Karlie Kivett, are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and this season's calendar is fuller than most residents realize.

The Pickle Place at 116 Edgewater Drive in Seven Lakes North is running Kids' Pickleball Summer Camp sessions through the month, with a July 6 through July 10 block already listed on The Pines Times events calendar. Pickleball has replaced tennis as the sport most parents ask about when they close on a house here, and the Pickle Place is now the local answer to "where do we start."
The community pool and playground at West Side Park is the other. Between the two, a resident with visiting family can build a morning without leaving 27376.
The Seven Lakes Landowners Association covers 1,545 acres of gated community across Seven Lakes North and South, and the resident-facing summary published by SLLA lists 1,509 lot owners. The number that matters for a summer weekend is not the acreage. It is how many of the following you have used in the past twelve months:
The seven recreational lakes are the headline, and they should be. Auman, Sequoia, Echo, Longleaf, Ramapo, Little Juniper, and the seventh reserved primarily for fishing are the reason most owners bought in. What is less obvious is that the SLLA's shared infrastructure includes everything from front-gate staffing (North gate 24/7, South gate 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.) to dam maintenance, and it is all funded by the annual assessment you already pay. Using it more is the closest thing there is to a resident's rebate.
Put the pieces together and the point of the exercise becomes visible. A Saturday can start with a stop at Eagle's Nest, run through a mid-morning lesson at Seven Lakes Stables, break for lunch at the Lake House, park the kids at the Pickle Place camp session, put a boat in at Johnson Point in the afternoon, and end with pizza from Seven Lakes Pizza Kitchen.
