My husband and I were in the process of moving from Maine to North Carolina when COVID-19 shut down the world. We had already sold our house when travel restrictions were put in place so we had to move forward with the purchase of a new home. We had to find a buyers agent in NC to be our eyes and ears since we were unable to travel. I searched on-line and contacted Mark Gentry. He had excellent reviews and I must say that he DID NOT disappoint! Mark was fantastic! Buying a home, sight unseen, from nine states, away is a stressful task at best. Mark and I discussed the listings that I thought would best suit us and he visited them in person for us. He took detailed pictures and answered every question I had. Being that he is also knowledgeable about home building and repair, he was able to discuss any improvements that would need to be made or that would add the most value to the properties.
