She responded to my emails, calls and texts very quickly and didn’t make me feel like I was bugging her. After seeing a house I loved a few times she took a chance and showed us one last house that was new to the market and thought we would love. It was an instant winner! She knew us perfectly and found us a perfect house! The day before closing we discovered a large spot of water damage. For the next 24 hours she and her team worked tirelessly to solve the issue. After coordinating with multiple people until late into the night they presented us with a solution that allowed us to close on time and have the house fixed 100% (not costing us a penny). She truly bent over backwards for us and we are so incredibly grateful for it! We have been in the house for 3 weeks now and she still keeps in touch in case we need anything else. After a hurricane, since we were over 500 miles away, Ginger was kind enough to go check on the house to ensure there was no damage from the storm. The day before the closing she did another walk through of our home, again because we were so far away, to ensure all the remaining items had been completed. Through the entire home buying process she walked us through each of the steps and followed up with the necessary person, such as the builder, on any issues we were experiencing. She knows the area very well and was completely honest about the good and the bad of each home or area. Additionally, she has an entire team of people from the lender, to the inspector, to the lawyer that made the home buying process seamless. I would definitely recommend her and her team if you are looking for a home in the area.
