Ginger is an exceptional Real Estate professional, extremely well grounded in the Moore County area. We are moving from our home in Maryland where we lived for 42 years to be closer to our daughter who lives in Raleigh. Ginger’s in-depth knowledge of the area was extremely helpful in our finding the right house in the right community. Ginger led us through a seamless process of navigating the purchasing rules of the state by providing recommendations for an attorney, home inspector and loan officer all of whom were outstanding. She then introduced us to a variety of vetted contractors to make some minor repairs which were covered by her negotiation of the original purchase price which was lowered at a time when so many homes were being subject to bidding wars. Ginger even provided this senior couple with suggestions for the various health care professionals my wife and I require. In short, Ginger not only arranged for the purchase of a great home she also arranged for a spectacular jump start for us to become a member of the community. We have been told buying moving and purchasing a new home is one of the top three or four stresses in life. Through Ginger’s able assistance, advice, and hard work the process for us has been most enjoyable and we are looking forward to the move to our new home.
