Ginger is awesome!!! Ginger handled every detail with so much precision. We were not local during the inspection etc. She was responsive and on point!!! She was fun, professional, attentive, knowledgeable and super easy to work with. She made our buying experience GREAT!!!!! Ginger listened to all of our concerns and desires and did an excellent job of bringing them into reality. Ginger also let us know when we were not reasonable with our requests, yes, a real partner. Real Estate transactions are tedious by definition, being remote adds a dimension of complexity. Ginger made all this appear to be routine.
