I used Mark Gentry for the first time when I rented a house a few years ago. He always replied right away, even during off hours. He got things repaired quickly and the move out process was easy with nothing complicated or weird in the lease.
I used him on my second home rental as well. We just bought land and are building a home and we used Mark for all of that. My sister is doing the same.
I was unfortunate enough to rent from another rental company and they were beyond horrible. The whole experience, from repairs not being taken care of, to showing up st my house uninvited and with no notice what so ever.
I will never recommend anyone but Mark to my local friends and family. I couldn’t be more please with him and the whole team. They are professional and friendly and they go above and beyond.
