At our first meeting, Mark was great about telling me how the house would be marketed, as well as letting me know what I could expect to run into with selling an older home (from out of state). The team approach to the process was amazing! I was on email with Teresa in the office frequently; she and Mark coordinated with me on the work that needed to be done and who would do it at what cost. They took care of getting the workers into the gated community, Mark made sure the work was done correctly, and they kept track of payments to workers so nothing got missed. Other team members helped with the sale documents very professionally. All through the process, I felt that I was in good hands and that I could trust their work and their judgement. I would certainly use their services again, if the opportunity came up.
