Mark was recommended to my from a friend. I live in Illinois and talked to Mark by phone and talked about what we were looking for. Nine months later and lot of phone calls and emails with Mark and his team, we purchased a lot on the golf course and now starting to build. Mark’s prior experience in construction he was able to point out different advantages to each lot we looked at. The sale and purchase of the lot was smooth and we closed in 30 days, all while we live in Illinois. Mark’s team was on point with sending us the paperwork and everything was accurate. We are looking forward to our move to Pinehurst knowing the lot purchase process was enjoyable.
