Considering how quickly homes sell in Moore County in our budget range she gave the best advice on patience and preparedness in the confusing time for a first time homebuyer. Deborah was very pleasant with getting to know our family, and essentially knew we were overwhelmed. I will never forget the first home we viewed with her she essentially said with 100% confidence “we can and will find a better place for your family.” We looked at a couple more properties in our desired locations of Pinebluff and Aberdeen, but were not satisfied enough to take the leap into home ownership. She was honest and courteous the entire time, and never pushy. We finally found a home in May 2020 that we viewed as a perfect fit for our family of 4. This was a for sale by owner home which made the purchase even more confusing for a first time homebuyer. She made certain that we were taken care of during the negotiation process, and provided expert advice that we desperately needed. I could go on and on about the process of purchasing a home, but our family will be forever grateful. We found an amazing deal that we are completely satisfied with. I would recommend her to all family and friends that are looking, but especially first time home buyers who are overwhelmed with the process.
