Seven Lakes is made up of three neighborhoods – Seven Lakes North, Seven Lakes South, and Seven Lakes West. The communities of Seven Lakes North and South are private, gated communities that started in the early 70’s with the construction of the lakes, dams, roads and golf course.

Seven Lakes North and South HOA Information
For those with school-aged children, Moore County Public Schools serving the area include West End Elementary, West Pine Middle and Pinecrest High School.
There are also several charter and private schools — The O’Neal School , Moore Montessori , STARS Charter School, Pope John Paul II Catholic School , The Academy of Moore charter school, Sandhills Classical Christian School , and STARS charter school . Moore County is also home to Sandhills Community College, one of the best community colleges in the state.
The Lifestyle
The main attraction of Seven Lakes North is the beautiful, spring-fed lakes which offer all residents ample opportunity to enjoy swimming, boating and fishing. Lake Sequoia is the largest lake with 220 acres of crystal clear water and is the best for skiing and recreational boating. Lake Echo, with 90 acres, also allows recreational boating. The other lakes are scattered throughout the community and are spring-fed, scenic lakes – too small for recreational boating but great for fishing and swimming!
The main attraction of Seven Lakes South is Seven Lakes Country Club which offers superb golf and tennis for its members and their guests. There is also a great dining room and lounge serving excellent food and libations.
Seven Lakes North is home to the private Racquet Club at Seven Lakes.
