We left Mark hanging a year ago when we walked away from a house we made an offer and was accepted. He even sent us a small Holiday gift around Christmas last year with no intention other than to let us know he was still there whenever we needed him. He helped alleviate a lot of our stress because the home sold literally before it ever hit the market! The new owners are living there now and Mark helped that happen much, much faster than we anticipated.
